I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!
I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
Please support me if you can. Together we can make this count.

My Updates
Thank you 😊
Tuesday 3rd Feb Hi everyone,Thank you so much for sponsoring me, this is a cause close go my heart. Many may not be aware but ive suffered with mental health from my late teens. I wont bore you all with the details but back them mental health wasnt widely spoken about and getting the help and support I needed was an uphill battle. Fast foward to 2026 and mental health is regarded as such an important part of your health. And so it should be, during my darkest days I felt so alone and the battle to get help was so isolating, I dont ever want anyone to feel like I did back then.
Ive got a great support network around me, friends, family and although every day isnt perfect, when days are sent to try me, I can have a little wobble but turn around and say Bring it on!!!
If I can help just one person by doing this 28 miles in February it would have been 28 miles of enjoyment that hopefully will bring someone a life time help and support. My dogs make great therapy dogs and we love adventuring 💙🐶
This is just the start of my 2026 fundraising question and ill be reaching out personally to sponsors to thank them and inform them of my next BIG challenge.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart
Katie (Bertie,Ernie and Maggie - the best adventure buddies 💙❤️)
