London Landmarks Half Marathon for Mental Health UK
This year I’m challenging myself to run a half marathon, so I’m taking on the London Landmarks Half Marathon for Mental Health UK!
Mental Health is something that can touch us all, whether it’s something we are going through ourselves or someone close to us.
I want to help make a difference to people affected by mental health. Mental Health UK is an incredible charity, working to support people, raising awareness and helping to fight the stigma around Mental Health.
Any donation, no matter how big or small will help me make a real difference and keep me moving when the miles get tough!
It will also bring us one step closer to a world where mental health is treated with the same importance as physical health.
