Running for Mental Health – Support My Half Marathon Journey!

Hi everyone!

This April, I’m taking on a half marathon in London to support Mental Health UK—a cause that’s incredibly close to my heart.

As a 30-year-old social worker, I work with people facing mental health challenges every day. I see firsthand how vital it is to offer support, raise awareness, and ensure that no one struggles alone. Mental health matters, and together, we can make a difference!

Running has always been my way to unwind, clear my mind, and relieve stress after long days. Now, I’m using my passion for movement to give back and raise funds for this important cause.
