I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!

I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.

I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.

Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.

Had a Walking partner today

Sunday 15th Feb
When out today to the Echos centre walked round a full path in the pouring rain with my big son Nathan and enjoyed every minute. Done 1.5 miles not a lot to many but to me it’s a big deal. Feeling great 😊

Friday 13th Feb
Thank you so much to everyone who has already sponsored me and got me to my target already 💙 10 miles done 18 Togo by the end of the month. This is massive for me as a year or 2 ago I wouldn’t have dreamed of doing something like this let alone leave the house to walk anywhere as my mental and physical health was so so bad so it might seem small to some it’s massive to me. So again thank you so much and if anyone else wants to sponsor o would really appreciate it doesn’t matter the amount it all goes to mental health uk .
