I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.

I'll be walking 28 miles -  and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.

Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
