I am taking part in the SuperHalfs challenge, which requires me to run 6 Half Marathons across Europe in Lisbon, Berlin, Copenhagen, Valencia, Prague and Cardiff over the course of 5 years. I am challenging myself to complete this in less than 2 years, starting with Berlin & Cardiff in 2025
I have chosen to raise money for Mental Health UK as we all need help and support at times to improve our mental health. Running allows me to keep my mental health in check, but for some this isn't possible
