I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!

I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK. I will walk 10 mins a day and build up i want do this i have suffered significant bad mental health past and been through alot and charities need support to keep going so can help people like me and others they are fantastic at their work. Please support me i would be so grateful. I know it tough i am determined 

I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.

Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
