Hi. I would really appreciate any donations for this amazing charity, Mental Health UK.
I am doing a 20k charity walk on October 11th to help raise funds for this very important cause.
I have suffered with my own mental health over the years and know that I couldn't have got to the place I am now without Therapy.
I know of other people, young and old, that have also required support. It's amazing to see the difference it makes just talking to someone.
 There is such a long waiting list for any kind of support and I know the money raised will help so many other people.
Even the smallest amount will help.
Now the hardest thing I have to do is complete the walk !!!
