I’m taking on 10 Miles in 10 Days for Mental Health UK

From 1–10 October, I’m taking on the 10 Miles in 10 Days challenge to celebrate World Mental Health Day and support Mental Health UK.

I’ll be moving 10 miles — whether that’s walking, running, cycling, or wheeling — and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.

Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.

Please support me if you can — together we can make this World Mental Health Day count. 💙

My Updates

Hello there....

Friday 26th Sep
As many of you know know, my name is Jon and just like a lot of other people out here I suffer with my mental health.

I found the hardest part of it was to open up to someone about it and say that I needed help and I am not alone in admitting that.

I know and seen friends struggle and really want to do more to help them. So my plan is to do the 10miles and do a little bit more and re do one of my lockdown bike rides, the one I'm thinking is a good 20miles so fingers crossed we can hit the target. I've got a date in mind that I want to do it just hoping that the weather holds off will also be filming most of it and putting it up on my YouTube and Facebook but will put the links up once I've made it or even before I do the challenge

Thank you to my Sponsors
