Join the Movement: Fundraising for Mental Health UK

Those of you who know me will know that raising awareness of mental health is something close to my heart ❤️ This year, on mental health day, as well as raising awareness, I have decided to raise some funds for Mental Health UK too. 

On the evening of Saturday 19th October, me and Theo🐾 will be walking 20km through London to raise money for Mental Health UK. 

I know times are hard at the moment but if you can afford to make a donation, please do. This year the Mental Health Foundation are promoting ‘Tea & Talk’ - If you could donate the cost of a cup of tea I would be really grateful ☕️🫖☺️
