Bullied as a kid, expelled from school at 15, on the streets at 16. 
Married at 20, two kids by 23 divorced before I was 30. 
Life has certainly had its positives and highlights but oh my the lows have been bottom of the barrel. 
I know only two well how your mind is your worst enemy and self doubt is so damaging but yet I struggle with it every day. Over thinking every small detail / the person - the messages - the body language and situation- constantly blaming myself if something seams off or goes wrong. 
A daily struggle I know is not just my own / I have chosen a mental health charity to raise for during my madness in agreeing to run a half marathon when im not even back up to 3 miles yet 🤦‍♀️ because I truly believe you have to believe in yourself have faith in yourself and never give up and if that means turning to a charity so be it / i want to make sure the charities are still there when we need them the most.
