I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge! ❤️

I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.

I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.

Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.

Please support me if you can. Together we can make this count.

Nobody is alone, many of us fight mental health, alone, or silently. I needed a reason to become more active and get myself back around and this is for a good cause!

A little about me and my family, I recently had my baby girl October 2025, the whole pregnancy was traumatic and the birth too, something I’ll never forget but hopefully will get easier overtime. It was the most difficult part of my life I’ve ever had to live! It isn’t spoken about enough. I’ve really come a long way but I need to keep pushing myself forward.

I hope you all speak out and get the help you need, it’s scary, it’s hard but it sure does make a difference if you let them help you❤️
