I'm taking part in this challenge to help raise awareness of the work that the organisation does. I'm currently going through some serious health issues at the minute, & my Mental health is suffering aswell. I'm using this as motivation to keep going & hopefully sustain a level of fitness. Please donate whatever you can to this cause. You never know when you will face some challenges in your life that affect your mental health. I'm aiming to do a mile each day, nothing too strenuous.
