I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!

I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.

I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, or wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.

Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.

Live takes us down some interesting turns and mist of the time we get through...but each and everyone of us..sometimes needs a bit of support....this is why I do the work I do .
