I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!
I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
Please support me if you can. Together we can make this count. Suffering from mental health myself I know exactly how hard and daunting some days can be, I spend a lot of time on my own so walking is part of my therapy! Please help me raise funds for a good cause and to help others in February I will share my daily steps apps on my fb story which I do often anyway so everyone can keep track of what I do I’d be very greatful if my friends family could donate at least a pound towards my sponser :) many thanks 😊
