I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!

I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.

Mental health has always been a massive part of my life in some way shape or form. Be it personally or professionally, I've encountered it on a day to day biases and I've seen the positive impacts the correct support can have on people.

This year I'm taking on the challenge to walk 28 miles throughout February to raise money and awareness for Mental Health UK. This will be done via a mix of planned walks, casual walks on my lunch break and incline walks at the gym that have become part of my work out routine.

Thanks in advance to anyone who donates and supports me in making a difference!

My Updates

01/02

Sunday 1st Feb
Not the best one really, half of the treadmills at my gym don't seem to incline properly at the moment so I wasted give minutes on a non-incliner meaning I don't know the actual distance 😂😂😂

Incline walk 29/01

Thursday 29th Jan
This is the longest I have ever gone on a treadmill. Cardio is good for your heart and lungs. It also doesn't gel with my attention span so frankly I impressed myself 😂😂

Incline walk, 27/01

Thursday 29th Jan
This one almost flatlined me 😭😭

1.91 miles already done!

Tuesday 27th Jan
1.91 mile walk to my D&D group, Monday 26th January 🫡
