Why do this???

Monday 9th Sep
I have signed up for an amazing challenge in memory of an amazing human being.

I will be taking part in 20k walk in memory of Charlie O'Shea and on Behalf of Mental Health UK. Saturday 19th October 2024. Central London.

I have created a team, with the hope that Charlie's closest friends join. I just need to work out the code on how to invite. Lol.

We will be Charlie's Champions!!!

Please consider donating whatever you can, but only if you can.

Another way to support us is sharing this post with family and friends. Spread the word.

Charlie O'Shea left us suddenly in November 2023 and was diagnosed with a mental health condition that made life difficult for him. But with the support of mental health charities, NHS and the support of family and friends he began to flourish... he just didnt get that chance to really blossom. With this walk, his friends and I, want to remember the good and reflect on the not so good times while being there to support others... to support each other.
