I decided to take part in this amazing experience because everyone deserves a safe space to talk…..from personal experience I’ve been let down by professionals & close loved ones BUT i did also have a support system, people who never gave up on me at my lowest/darkest self ❤️ sadly not everyone has this. So I want to do my bit, help improve the system, with your help 🥰 Please show your support 🙏 

On 11 October, I’ll be lighting up London as part of GLOW – a vibrant sponsored walk shining a light on mental health. I’m proud to be supporting Mental Health UK, a charity that provides life-changing support to people across the UK affected by mental health challenges.
