I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.

I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.

Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.

I am taking on this challenge to raise money to help others in mental health crisis and everyday support. As someone who has struggled badly with depression and someone who has witnessed how bad depression can be/get, it is a cause close to me.
