Every single person who’s had hard days, even the ones who smile through it and act like everything is okay, it’s important to remember it’s okay not to be okay!

Hi guys, I’m Ieuan many of you know of my battles with my mental health and some of you may not, I was late diagnosed with ADHD, my whole school life was torture being the odd one out, not being able to sit through lessons and not being able to have the control most people would, I’m a strong believer that my life would be completely different if I was diagnosed at a younger age so I could of had the right medication to keep me on the some sort straight and narrow that I believe im on today, this is why im doing this fundraiser to help build funds for more support, more doctors, more social workers, mental health nurses, more equipment and more research so we can stop these late diagnosis happening! In truth we all need someone to talk to from time to time and I’m glad I can strongly say I’m here to chat with anyone who needs it!
