I’m taking on 10 Miles in 10 Days for Mental Health UK

From 1–10 October, I’m taking on the 10 Miles in 10 Days challenge to celebrate World Mental Health Day and support Mental Health UK.

I’ll be moving 10 miles — whether that’s walking, running, cycling, or wheeling — and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.

Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.

Please support me if you can — together we can make this World Mental Health Day count. 💙

Hello

My name is Helen, I am 44 years old and was diagnosed with complex PTSD in 2017. Unfortunately I woke up one day in 2017 and remembered things and realised things about my life that should not of happened to me!
My daily life is affected greatly because of this, I have faced many challenges and I am currently in hospital because of my mental health.
I want to raise awareness that mental health is serious! It can happen to anyone. None
Of this was my fault!
Look out for each other and always be
Kind xxx
