London Half Marathon for Mental Health UK
Yes you heard it right! On the 6th April 2025 I'm taking on the London Half Marathon for Mental Health UK!
As most of you will know, I hate cardio and have only just taken up running in the last 6 months on and off!
Wish me luck and join me on this journey and training leading up to the big day, as I lace up my running shoes, to make a difference in the lives of those affected by mental health!
All donations for and support are greatly appreciated! Let’s get one step closer to a world where mental health is treated with the same importance as physical health and turn awareness into action!
