I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!
Iâm taking on the 28 Miles in February to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.
Iâll be moving 28 miles - whether thatâs walking, running, cycling, or wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
2026 marks 20 years since we lost Matt to suicide and I would do anything to change that for everyone else. Suicide is the worst, but help can be patchy- and difficult to access. Iâm doing this, amongst other challenges hoping to raise more money for helpÂ
Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
