I’m taking on 10 Miles in 10 Days for Mental Health UK

From 1–10 October, Gunner and I will taking on the 10 Miles in 10 Days challenge to celebrate World Mental Health Day and support Mental Health UK.

Gunner and I will be taking the challenge of covering 10 miles in 10 days and hopefully raising at least £200 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.

Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems but will also make a difference to my life personally. Im too young to feel this old and starting with improving my own mental health and working on my physical health.

Please support me if you can — together we can make this World Mental Health Day count. 💙

My Updates

Time to get moving

Tuesday 23rd Sep
As we move closer to October it is time for Gunner to make me move my butt, look out for our picture updates soon.  The season has changed and this is the best time of the year.  14 weeks left in this year, and my aim is to lose 2lbs per week before we welcome 2026... would you like to be part of this journey by sponsoring us.

Thank you to my Sponsors
