On 11 October, I’ll be lighting up London as part of GLOW – a vibrant sponsored walk shining a light on mental health. I’m proud to be supporting Mental Health UK, a charity that provides life-changing support to people across the UK affected by mental health challenges.

Tuesday 2nd Sep The last 6 months has been a difficult journey for me and my mental health. Not many will know, even those close to me, that I have suffered with mental health issues since I was a teen and no matter how much I’ve hidden it, I reached one of my lowest points this year. Help is hard to get, it’s a lengthy wait and sadly for some that help comes too late. At times being a parent is the only reason I’m still here. So I want to raise money for this charity so people like me and others close to me, can have the resources to get support and help to enable us to enjoy life again.
