Wednesday 13th Aug Okay, so uhh, hi! I'm Emma, I'm 32, and notoriously lazy 🥲 I'm not generally one for spontaneous activities yet here I am signing myself up for a 20k walk to try to step out of my comfort zone and start making the changes I want in my life.
