Mental health is something that is close to our hearts, most recently having to support our daughter as she battles depression and an eating disorder. One of the things I found that helped me was hiking, we nicknamed them our mental health walks, I do a lot of hiking along with my dog as we discover new places and tick off our bucket list, I thought why not turn it into something that can help others, so as we hike we’re going to raise money for charity starting with mental health uk.
