Thursday 5th Sep Hey Everyone, so myself and my sister will both be taking part in this year's Mental Health UK Glow Run! We can't wait to get walking for those who struggle with their mental health. These days mental health is more openly talked about and slowly the taboo around negative feelings is fading. I myself have had my own mental health struggles and now and again I hit a wall just when I think I've got it all under control. Me and my sister are both asking for sponsors for the 12 Mile run we will be completing on 28th September in the hope we can raise as much as we can for this amazing charity and the work they do with people to support them at their lowest points in life.
