Why I’m walking for mental health
Friday 11th Apr Walking for mental health is essential for me because I've struggled with it in the past. Taking regular walks helps me manage stress and anxiety by providing a peaceful time to clear my mind and reflect. It also boosts my mood through the release of endorphins, which are natural mood enhancers. Walking gives me a sense of accomplishment and improves my overall well-being, making it easier to cope with daily challenges. It's a simple yet powerful way to support my mental health journey.Share
