I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!

I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.

I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, faces mental health problems alone.

As most of you know. At the end of last year I had a double total knee replacement. During the recovery which has been hard to say the least my mental health took a downward spiral . 
So to help with my recovery and to raise fund for a good cause I’m walking a mile every day . Which doesn’t seem a lot but after my surgery I can guarantee it really is . 

Please support me if you can. Together we can make this count.
I’m not asking a lot for the total as I’m mainly doing it for me but if I can get a few quid along the way I’d be most grateful.
