GLOW up London with Mental Health UK

On 11 October, I’ll be lighting up London as part of GLOW – a vibrant sponsored walk shining a light on mental health. 

I’m proud to be supporting Mental Health UK, a charity that provides life-changing support to people across the UK affected by mental health.

This October I’m taking on 20km through London at night for GLOW London, raising vital funds to support people affected by mental ill health.

I’ve faced my own battles with mental health, and I know first-hand how hard it can be to talk, to ask for help, or to access it. This is my way of helping to end the stigma, encourage conversations, and show anyone struggling that they are not alone.
