On 11 October, I’ll be lighting up London as part of GLOW – a vibrant sponsored walk shining a light on mental health. I’m proud to be supporting Mental Health UK, a charity that provides life-changing support to people across the UK affected by mental health challenges.

Tuesday 16th SepOn 11th OCTOBER 2025, I’ll be walking 20km WALK INTO THE NIGHT - GLOW LONDON 2025 ✨ 💖 🌟
I’m doing this for my Eternal Love, My Everything, My Forever, My Guiding Light Danny 💙, and for my Sister Shining From Above, My Angel Helen 👼. They will be with me every step of the way.
This walk means so much to me. Mental health touches every family, and too many lives are lost in silence. By walking, I hope to shine a light in the darkness — for My Danny, for My Sister Helen, and to help others
