I'm Running Berlin Half Marathon to Support Mental Health UK

On 4th April 2027, I will be taking on the Berlin Half Marathon in memory of my beloved cousin, Damian.

This year, Damian tragically took his own life, leaving a huge hole in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved him. He was a much-loved dad, son, brother, cousin and friend, and his loss has been felt deeply by so many people.

I am running these 13.1 miles not only to honour Damian’s memory but also to raise awareness of the importance of mental health and suicide prevention. If sharing his story helps even one person reach out for support or encourages one conversation that could save a life, then it will mean so much.

Every mile I run will be for Damian, and every donation, no matter how small, will help support the vital work of those helping people struggling with their mental health and those affected by suicide.

Thank you for your support, your kindness, and for helping me keep Damian’s memory alive.

Mental health affects us all - friends, family, colleagues, the people we love. By fundraising, I want to help make sure people get the support they need when they need it most.

Please donate if you can. Whatever you give will help someone feel heard, supported, and less alone. Thank you for being part of this!
