I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!
Me and my baby boy are taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK this means so much to me me because I suffer from manic depression which can affect me massively or can be manageable I've had to be hospitalised on a few occasions it can be very debilitating some days can't even get out of bed I take one day at a time im thankful for my faith, my family and friends because there's been times where I've not wanted to be here and tried taking my life but thank God I'm here and honoured to support such a worthy cause xI'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
