Hi All.

I've decided to take part in the GLOW 20k walk through London for Mental Health UK.

As you may or may not know I have suffered with mental health issues since the age of 18. So this topic is a subject close to me heart.

I'm sure if not yourself, that you will probably know someone that has suffered with a Mental health illness. So I would ask if you would kindly sponsor me and raise as much money as we can for such a good cause. Anything you can afford would really help out.
