I'm fundraising in memory of my of my brother Alex james
I am taking part in the 28 Miles in February: Move it for Mental Health challenge! Please support me and donate today. As a family who have supported someone with sevear mental health we have seen first hand how this can affect someone life daily it's one of the toughest things having to see one of your loved ones struggle to get through a day.so please let's raise as much money as possible and help as many people get the help they need and deserve. My brother alex suffered from a very young age with his mental health which stopped him from been able to socialise not only with friends but also family he was my best friend and not been able to help someone you love so dearly is so hard and people out there suffering may not have the support that alex had from his family so rasing money for this charity is important to me to try and help other people get more help.
