My Updates

In memory of my baby Baxter
Monday 28th AprHi everyone,
As many of my close family and friends know, I’ve struggled with my mental health for most of my life. It’s something I continue to manage every day through a range of different strategies—but one of the biggest supports I ever had was my dog, Baxter.
Baxter wasn’t just my best friend—he was my safe space, my constant source of unconditional love and non-judgment, especially on my darkest days. Losing him has left a huge hole in my heart, but I want to honour his memory in a way that brings something positive to others who might be struggling too.
So, for the month of May, I’ve decided to take part in “31 Miles in May: Move It for Mental Health 2025.” This challenge is a way for me to stay focused on something meaningful while raising awareness and support for mental health—something that affects so many of us.
I’m incredibly lucky to have such amazing family and friends around me, and I know that with your support, we can raise some money for a great cause in memory of my baby boy, Baxter.
Thank you so much for reading and for any support you can give—it truly means the world.
