✨ I’M GLOWING FOR MENTAL HEALTH UK! ✨
On 26th September, I’ll be walking to raise money and awareness for Mental Health UK, helping to support people facing anxiety, depression, isolation and other mental health struggles. 💚
This walk is especially close to my heart, as I’ll also be walking in memory of my uncle, who sadly lost his life to mental health last year. 🕊️🤍
Mental health can affect anyone, and sometimes the battles people are facing are ones we cannot see. I want to do my part to help shine a light, raise awareness and remind people that support is out there.
