I know how hard it is suffering mental health and wouldn't wish it on my worse enemy, what I realised that many might not have relied is, if you think there's no way out, there's no turning back, then you have nothing to loose, so how hard can speaking out be? If you think it's the end and you speak out and no one helps then at least you can say you tried, but if you don't speak out, what if someone listened and could have helped? Easier said than done, but me opening up was the best thing I could have done! Mental health never goes away, and There are many reasons why people suffer it, the loss of a loved one, being in the wrong crowd, a trauma, hurt, pain, life experiences, and so much more! I beg anyone who is suffering to please speak up! Danielle and Dennis we met in August 2024 on holiday, from the minute we spoke we clicked and feel in love with this Beautiful family! They are so like us, same age, Same issues with other around us, just a family proud of who they are and want the best in life for there family, just like us! I am donating this money as if this can make a difference to someone, help someone then it's priceless! The target they have set is just a tiny amount for the loss of a life which is priceless, and so proud to call them not only friends but our family! So the amount I have donated hits there target and hope others will donate and smash there target to at least double!!
