memory of mum

"My mum was the most important person in my life. I lost Mum just 7 months ago. My heart shatters over & over again every day that she's not here.

Mum battled depression on & off since I was a toddler. She had many good years in amongst her struggles, & lived a fulfilling & beautifully rich life for 50 years.

Mum's friends & family remember her for her boldness, wit, generosity, smile that lit up a room 

Mum lived for others - for her family, friends & for people she didn't know.

Mum looked after me when I was unwell & she never stopped loving me. Mum taught me everything I know about how to be a man , to lead with kindness & compassion & to embrace my challenges with resilience. Saying her name is still hard; I've only said it once since she passed away 





For as long as I'm around, I'll continue to raise money for mental health  in memory of Mum. There is so much helping still to do & it's my job to do that now.
