I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!
I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
Please support me if you can. Together we can make this count.

Saturday 10th JanMental health affects every single one of us. Whether it’s stress, anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life, mental health struggles do not discriminate. They don’t care about age, background, gender, or success. Yet for so many people, support is still out of reach.
That’s why we’re raising money for mental health.
