London Landmarks Half Marathon for Mental Health UK
In December 2017, I lost my mum to suicide, a loss that changed my life forever. Because of this, supporting mental health is deeply personal to me. I’m running the London Landmarks Half Marathon in honour of her and to raise both awareness and vital funds for Mental Health UK. My hope is to shine a light on the impact mental health challenges can have on individuals and families, and to help ensure that no one has to face them alone.
