I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!

I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.

I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.

Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.

Please support me if you can. Together we can make this count.

Small Steps, Big Meaning: My 28-Mile February Challenge

Saturday 3rd Jan

This February, I’m taking on a personal challenge: completing 28 miles over the month in support of mental health.

Mental health is something that affects all of us, whether directly or through someone we care about. For me, this challenge is about more than just miles—it’s about showing up, getting moving, and starting conversations that really matter.

Some days those miles might feel easy, and other days they might feel tough. But that’s kind of the point. Mental health isn’t always a straight path either. By committing to this challenge, I’m reminding myself that small, consistent steps can make a real difference.

Every walk, run, or mile completed is a chance to clear my head, check in with myself, and support a cause that deserves more attention and understanding. February might be short, but the impact of prioritising mental health can last far longer.

I’m proud to be taking part, and I hope this challenge encourages others to move in whatever way they can, talk openly, and be kind—to themselves and to others.

Here’s to 28 miles, one step at a time 💙
