London Landmarks Half Marathon for Mental Health UK
I'm Running My First Half Marathon for Mental Health UK 💙
This year, I’ve set myself a big challenge:
Jenny and I are running our first ever half marathon — 13.1 miles — I will be running in support of Mental Health UK. Jenny will be running in support of Teenage Cancer Trust.
The longest distance I’ve run before is 10k, with an upcoming 10mile race in October so this is a huge step up for me. I’m usually just a regular park run goer. It’s going to take a lot of training, energy, and determination (moaning) — but I’m doing it because mental health support is something I care deeply about.
Why Mental Health UK?
Mental health affects all of us. Whether it’s through personal experience or supporting someone close, many of us know how tough it can be to struggle with mental illness. — and how important it is to have someone there when things get hard.
🎯 My Goal: Raise £350
I’ve committed to running the distance — now I need your help to reach my fundraising goal.
Every pound makes a difference. If you’re able to donate, no matter how small, it means the world to me — and to those who will benefit.
Thank you so much for your kindness, support, and belief in this cause.
