In May I will be taking part in the 31 miles for Mental Health. This means a lot to me as I have my own mental health problems and I know how this can affect someone on a deeper level. Finding the strategies to help you cope, can be difficult but with the right support, time and patience your mental health can improve. So I am truly grateful to be able to raise money for a good cause.
