We are taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.We be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, rowing - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
Every mile we cover and every pound we raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
