This May I am taking on move for mental health! Any donation big or small is greatly appreciated. I am supporting this cause because I have my own battles with mental health and I know people who have battled, are battling and some unfortunately who lost their battle as there wasn’t enough support available. Let’s change that and raise money for Mental Health UK and help ensure resources are available when those we love need them ❤️

Bank Holiday walk

Monday 6th May
Most of the way to cracoe war memorial. John made it all the way. I missed the top of the hill by maybe 5 minutes lungs just couldn’t keep up with me today. But still a lovely walk and kept this challenge in mind when going up and back down

Morning Walk 01.05.24

Wednesday 1st May
This morning me and 2 of the children went out for a walk. Walked 1 mile according to the Strava app whilst trying to get the baby in the pram to go to sleep. More walking to do today and I can’t wait to not only complete the 31 miles in May but I intend to do double the target miles. 

How will I complete the challenge?

Monday 29th Apr
I will walk, jog or run daily to reach the target and complete the challenge. Each day I will post an update with how many miles I have achieved and how far til I reach my goal.
