I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!

Hey everyone , ive decide to sign up for this challenge and will be running yes thats right running , if you know me you know i hate running and decide to run and push myself out of my comfort zone just like all of those people who suffer everyday and face their own challenges  everyday and I’m taking on the 28 Miles in February to celebrate and support Mental Health UK. While doing this I will be remembering my big brother Toby,my uncle and my best friend 

I’ll be moving 28 miles - whether that’s walking, running, cycling, or wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.

Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
