I’m have set up this challenge to not only raise money for a fantastic charity but to also push myself.
Healthy body = a healthy mind
Sometimes when our mood is low, we want to hide away when in-fact getting out in the fresh air is so good you! It releases endorphins, increases energy levels and hopefully some vitamin D!
