Monday 28th Apr Hi everyone my name is casey, i’m 18 years old and from the UK. I have decided to fundraise for this charity in particular due to it having a special place in my heart. I have suffered with mental health for many years since the beginning of high school, daily panic attacks got the best of me and I was so afraid to do anything without being judged. I keptmyself locked away from everyone and just didn’t want to be noticed. It was one of the worst experiences for me due to bullying aswell from the start of year 10 that really affected me badly. Since then I have gone to college and really grown out of my shell, I would love to be able to help others and with this fundraiser it can give life changing advice for others going through times. I know it’s a challenge but your never ever alone! There is always someone to speak to 🩵
